1.4 GHz feedback amps
Milpitas, Calif. — Aimed at communication equipment designs, the EL5166 and EL5167 are current feedback amplifiers that sport a unity bandwidth of 1.4 GHz. These devices offer 6000-V/μs slew rates and a distortion of 1.7 nV per root hertz. The amplifiers also sport a +/-5-V operating supply, 8.3-mA power consumption figure, 0.01-percent differential gain, and 0.03-deg. differential phase. The 5166 is delivered in a 6-pin SOT-23 or 8-pin SO package. The 5167, on the other hand, is offered in a 5-pin SOT-23.
